Warren –
My PTR-32 is extremally accurate, reliable and of course modular. I have no problem scoring hits at 400+ meters with steel case ammo. Would love to see more barrel length options, 12.5 and 18 inch. Outstanding work PTR!
Charles Conway –
The PTR 32 KFR is probably the most accurate 7.62×39 rifle I’ve ever owned outside of bolt-actions. I’d love to see two different options though… first, barrel lengths, and second, calibers… 6.5 Grendel specifically with an 18″ barrel option from a personal standpoint but I would imagine that some would also like 5.45×39.
Kelly Harbeson –
Just put the MKE a3 style collapsing buttstock on mine. The best part about this gun is that it takes G3/HK91 parts. The worst part is how pricey HK parts are.
Russ –
The PTR32 is hands down my favorite rifle I own, because it’s accurate and fun to shoot. While the rifle itself is a bit on the pricey side, it somehow shoots cheap steel cased ammo surprisingly accurate out to 500 yards (with a Primary Arms LPVO with a 7.62×39 BDC). While they advertise the rifle being 4.22lbs, mine likely weighs double that, if not more (maybe they’re talking about the pistol version). Its ability to accept AK mags is another huge benefit, when compared to my C93 Sporter, that’s somewhat expensive to find mags for. I’m really pleased with this rifle and am actually surprised by how few of people own these. It’s a really great alternative to an AK.

Softest shooting 7.62×39 I’ve ever owned. Accurate as well. Break in period was a little more than I was expecting but good nonetheless. Hope this never gets discontinued.
Stephen –
Great shooting rifle and accurate. Went through a spam can of Red Army Standard in 2 days with this rifle and had no hiccups other than some of the steel mags i was using. Put a 1×6 LPVO on top and was consistently hitting a 2-3 inch groups at 100 yards. The only bad thing about this rifle is the trigger which is long and heavy (12-15lbs).I believe there are replacement trigger packs with better trigger pull weights out there. Would i recommend this rifle to states that have AK bans? Absolutely I would!
