INFORMATION WE COLLECT WHEN YOU USE THE SERVICES

  • Usage Data such as information about how you use our Services, such as statistics regarding the opening and clicking on emails, and other activities on the Services, referring/exit pages, and clickstream data.
  • Automated technologies or interactions. Certain information can be collected through automated means as you navigate around the Website and/or use the Services, such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, time zone setting and location, language preferences, device type and ID, and other technical information from the devices you use to access our Services.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies. Cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is saved on your web browser when you visit a website. You can view and delete existing cookies through your browser. If you do not want to store cookies on your computer, you can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. However, some parts of the Services may not function properly if you choose not to accept cookies. You may opt-out of receiving targeted advertisements from other companies that perform interest-based advertising services, including some that we may work by visiting TRUSTe’s Ad Preference Manager, currently available at https://preferences-mgr.truste.com/, the Digital Advertising Alliance’s consumer choice page, currently available at http://www.aboutads.info/choices/, or the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt out tool currently available at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/. When using the ad industry opt out tools described above, note that: (a) if you opt-out we may still collect some data about your online activity for operational purposes (such as fraud prevention), but it will not be used by us for the purpose of targeting ads to you; (b) if you use multiple browsers or devices you may need to execute this opt out on each browser or device; and (c) other ad companies’ opt-outs may function differently than our opt-out, and we have no control over the practices of any third-parties. If you use any of the third-party opt-out tools listed above, we do not make any representations or warranties about such opt-out services. Such services are independent from us, and we have no control over, or responsibility for their performance.

Pixel Tags (aka clear gifs). These are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, which allow us to monitor the use of our Services, for example, to count users who have visited those pages and for other related website statistics. Pixel tags generally work in conjunction with cookies, registering when a particular device visits a particular page. You cannot decline pixel tags; however, if you turn off cookies the pixel tag will simply detect an anonymous visit. In addition, we use pixel tags in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by the recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. If you prefer not to be tracked through our emails, most email services will allow you to turn off pixels by disabling external images in settings

  • Google Analytics. Our Website uses Google Analytics. Google Analytics employs cookies that are stored on your browser in order to facilitate an analysis of your use of the Website. The information generated by these cookies, such as time, place and frequency of your visits to our Website, including your IP address, allows us to offer better user experiences, perform analytics, analyze traffic, personalize content and serve / offer ads that match your interest. For more information about how Google Analytics collects and uses information from our Website visit: www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners. To opt out of Google Analytics Features, please visit Google support page  or, alternatively, you may access the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser Add-on, currently located here.  You can also opt out of advertising cookies using the Google Ad Settings.
